Although this looks like it might be pretty fussy(all the glitter), it's apparently pretty easy! Floor wax/glitter/glass bulbs, and few embellishments! I've heard of this project, have never tried it......let me know if you try it! (I'm have snowman in the back of my mind???)

NOTE: As mentioned in the video, you will need a very fine glitter........Stampin' Up glitter is very fine, and will work great for this project!!
