I used the wood grain from kit #4 on page 215. This look actually happened by accident.....I missed getting the texture on the bottom of the tile so I had to run it through again, BUT it placed it on the texture plate the opposite way from the first time......I like it!**
Well ladies, here's a job half done......used the template for inspiration but went right past the color combo! Funny, on the Sew Glad We're Friends card I used the March color combo(by chance)....hopefully soon I'll bring the two together, and get the challenge done! LOL!
Top Shelf prize for the first person to correctly guess how I got the texture on the tile(it was smooth cardstock)....pretty cool(I like it....another, all my myself moment)! Please post guesses here.....in the comment section(be sure an add your name if you do not have a google username).

I think you double embossed your cardstock, you ebossed it then flipped the paper over and emboosed it again
I think you put it on a tile in the kitchen... like the floor or counter and rubbed it with a bone folder.
Melissa....Can you tell me more?
Christina.....very good thinking(but that's not it)!
I think you embossed it with the square lattice folder and then with the texturz plates!
no correct answer yet....getting close, but not correct! I need specifics ladies...thanks!
I couldn't remember the name of the folder used until Jean said it but it is the square latice folder embossing folder that you embossed once with and then flipped and embossed again, the paper ends up being flat as you debossed the desisgn in a criss cross fasion.
I am going to guess.... Big shot it thru on texture plate then turn paper 90 degrees and big shot it on the same texture plate.

I forgot to say the woodgrain texture plate.

We have a WINNER.....WTG Joanne! I was holding out for Texture plates....sorry to be so sticky, but they are quite different than embossing folders!
