$85 per person
One day option added......great if you cannot commit for the entire weekend.  $50 for Fri./Sat. or Sat./Sun..

Accommodations
The facility is a summer church camp. Accommodations are shared cabins, cabins will be assigned by groups registered(you will bunk with your friends).  Please bring your own towels and bedding(bunks have mattresses, no bedding).  Washrooms and showers are in a separate building(close by).   Note: The Hall where we craft has washrooms. 

Meals
The industrial camp kitchen is where meals are prepared by registered guests. Each meal will be assigned to a group of 4-5, usually groups of friends that have registered together.  Your group will be responsible for one meal during the weekend, the rest of the weekend you can sit back and relax and enjoy great home cooked meals. LOVE THIS part of the weekend.....being served great food all weekend, only have to cook once!  Works very well!  The camp kitchen is well equipped.....all we need to bring is the consumables of your recipes.  Pots, bowls, utensils, trays, etc., etc. are all available for our use.  The kitchen is in The Hall where we craft.

Snacks
If everyone could bring one food/snack item to share with the group that would be great……..will set up a snack bar!

Hot Drink Station
There will be a Keurig machine on site…….please bring along your favourite drinks for your own use.      
 
Tidbits

• Camp Kasota is a nut & alcohol free facility…..THANKS IN ADVANCE for respecting these two requests.
• The Hall(where we craft) is spacious and very well lit(many windows and many lights).  
• The only schedule for the weekend is meals……the rest of the time is wide open for your TO DO list(crafting or non crafting).
• Please invite your family and friends! 
• I am hosting because I love these weekends.  Any excess funds from registration fees will be donated to a worthy cause.  Registration fees - weekend expenses = amount donated.
