$60 per person
Price includes:
A full weekend of cropping with your very own table space,
5 meals(& snacks), and a goody bag($10 value-hot new product)!
Your space is reserved once payment is received.......no exceptions please!!!!
A MAXIMUM OF 25 crafters will be registered!
There will be door prizes, challenges, make n' takes, & lots of CHOCOLATE!!!!!

REGISTRATION
Full weekend registration deadline May 31st, 2007
1 DAY REGISTRATION One day registrations will be available June 1st,
and are subject to available space to a maximum of 25.
If you would like your name on a waiting list for the
one day registration contact me immediately!!!
This will work on a 1st come 1st serve basis!!!!
FRIDAY-$15 no meals, snacks included!
SATURDAY-$30 includes 3 meals & snacks!
SUNDAY-$20 includes 2 meals & snacks!
1 day registrations do NOT include goodie bag valued at $10!!!

ON SITE STORE
I am VERY happy to announce that Jayme from
SCRAPBOOKING FANATICS
will be attending this event, and she will bringing with her a STORE!!!!
This is great news for local scrapbookers......we will be hosting a public shopping time
for local scrapbookers that are not attending the crop.........stay tuned!!!!

CLASSES
There will be 2 classes offered on Sat. June 9th!!
Each class is limited to 10 scrapbookers/crafters!
Registered croppers will have 1st chance to register for classes,
then on June 1st the remaining spots will be open to the
1 day registered croppers, and general public!!!
Classes include ALL supplies needed to complete the project!
You will however need to bring a basic tool kit
(kit info will be forwarded to those that register for a class)

WEEKEND TIDBITS
Accommodations
Please contact me directly if you are in need of accommodations.
Unfortunately Camrose is running their NO VACANCY signs, very busy weekend!
There are rooms available at the college for Friday evening, but not Sat.!
Gardner college will accommodate us for camper/trailers at a of rate of $10 per night per unit,
and have reserved a separate washroom/shower for those with camping facilities.
EVENT $$$'S
Registration is based on the cost of the weekend..........no profit will be made by organizer.
Any excess funds will be donated to a local charity/service club and will be announced at the crop!!!
Please note: I am organizing this event hoping to keep cost to a minimum.
It would be a dream to fill the crop without having to spend $$$ on advertising,
