The base is Not Quite Navy, with stripes of paper using Well Worn DSP, River Rock, and Early Esspresso textured with the houndstooth folder, I used a jumbo brad tied with Early Espresso bakers twine, the effect of the stripes and brad make me think of a western shirt. I water colored the polar bear using watercolor crayons and an aqua painter brush.
