#26 Saskatoon was GREAT
We(myself and two fellow SU demos)are back, and we had a great time!!!
We attended classes, met GREAT people(talk about a friendly bunch), had lots of laughs, and of course shared our passion for stamping in our Stampin' Up! booth!
Our make n' takes were very well attend. We prepared 160 for each of the 3 projects and came home with only 60ish(of each)leftovers........that means out of 150+ registered scrapbokers, 100ish came to our booth and completed our 3 make n' takes............I'm impressed! Thanks to everyone that came to our booth for a visit.........and we hope you liked the projects you completed..........by the feedback.........it seems you did!!!
There is a second event in the works...........and we will be there, can't wait!!!

#17 Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar
Saturday I will attend a Stampin' Up! event in Edmonton.........we are so fortunate that from all of Canada, Edmonton was the location of choice. There will be 300 demonstrator at this all day event.
I can't wait........it's going to be GREAT!
I'll be staying at the Mayfield(where the event is being held)with 4 members of my downline! It's been so long since we've had a chance to get together.......I can't wait for that reason alone! There will be a LOT of gabbing Friday evening, at breakfast, during breaks........the day is going to end way to fast!!!
The event itself should be GREAT as well.........they always are! We get a FREE stamp set(and I don't have it so that's good), do 6 make n' takes, watch several demonstrations, see some wow tips, share business tips.......etc., etc., etc.!! Fun, fun!
Another exciting part of the day will be when my friend(and downline member)Jean delivers her Decor Elements demonstration. Stampin' Up! called her a few weeks back asking her if she would be willing, and she of course agreed(she is honoured to have been asked)!!! She will do amazing, I am so proud of her...........GO JEAN GO!!!!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month(should have posted this Oct. 1st!)
Please do your part......by that I mean have regular check-ups, and if you can support this cause that affects so many. I'm sure it's touched all of us one way or another!!!
I am guilty of NOT following my own advice, I must change this and WILL!!!! Just found out this week that someone in my extended family has been diagnosed with Breat Cancer....I do not know much for details yet? What I do know is, she is a Mom that is 40-45, has 4 children, and a husband that is a cancer survivor! You just never know, even with great results(treatment/surgery/etc.)it will turn life upside down!!!

post A day for October, #5 Gift Sets(cards)
Today I will be working on creating 3 different gift sets for cards. One is a pizza box style that will hold 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 cards(9 cards), one is a wooden box that will hold 9-3 1/4 x 6 1/2 cards, and the last one is a tall box that will hold 15-3 1/4 x 6 1/2 cards.........hopefully I will have the finshed by the end of the day, and will have pictures to post........wish me luck!!!
This set is 9-3 1/4 x 6 1/2 cards(6 birthday, 3 thank you)in a coordinating wooden box!
